Service & Ritual

At Beth El, ritual is woven throughout our lives and our religious services are at the core of our Jewish experience. Each service is designed to be participatory and personal, weaving our ancient liturgy with both modern and traditional melodies to create an essential and dynamic framework. Through our daily evening and morning minyanim we begin and end our day with prayer and a recognition that our lives are full of purpose and blessing. We celebrate and honor the passing of time through celebrating Shabbat and all the holidays of the Jewish calendar together as a community. We have a wide variety of services to experience throughout the year and we value lay participation! At the heart of our community is the value of inclusivity and equality. Women and men, children and adults, those who have recited the prayers thousands of times and those who have never even heard them, are all encouraged to take part equally. Come find your place among us! Learn and grow with us… We are here for you!
