We’re excited to announce that we’ve launched a new member portal. You can find it here https://benorfolk.shulcloud.com/member.
With this new portal, you’ll be able to access our member directory, view your family’s account and yahrzeit information, and view and pay statements, to name a few things. Every member already has an account; here’s how you can set up your account access and create a password:
- Click here
- Enter your email address (it must be the email address we have on file for you)
- Click on “Forgot Your Password” and follow the directions.
Once you have a password, you can log in whenever you like by clicking on Login in the upper right corner of the website.
We have created a booklet to help explain what you can do in the member portal. You can access it by clicking here. Once you’re all set up, please make sure that the information in your profile is correct and complete.
